Self-care Sunday. I see Chris @liveunbroken religiously to help my body from all the stress and strains throughout the week. Resting and self care are so important. Take time to replenish your spirit, so you can serve from the overflow during the week.
I push my body to it’s limit daily, between work and exercise. So, once a week, I detach, slow down and take care of my body. You have one body. Treat it well. Your body is your sanctuary. Take care of it, nourish it and it will pay it forward for you.
